The Celestial Altar is a Structure exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in Return of Them. When fully assembled, it grants access to the Celestial Tab while the player is standing next to it.

The three pieces required to assemble the Celestial Altar can be found scattered around the Lunar Mine Biome, trapped in Inviting Formations. They will be dropped when mined, and then must be placed in a Celestial Fissure in the correct order: Base, Orb, Idol. This will create the completed Celestial Altar. They can be carried the same way as Chess Pieces or Suspicious Marble. The completed Celestial Altar can be hammered to obtain the pieces again.
